While sending mail to Commissioner’s Office, kindly see that your query contains the following details without fail:

• Your IEC Code/Pan based registration number.
• The category under which you seek the HELPLINE
  (Please mention ONE of the following: Procedural Delays related issues Systems related issues including ICES matters)
• Your PAN Number, Full address, Contact Number/Mobile and Email address.
• Nature of help required by you. Please explain in detail. Attachments can also be sent.
