TENDER NOTICE No. – S/22-03/2009-10/ADM

 Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the suppliers / vendors for annual supply of the under mentioned items as per specification mentioned against them.  Total consolidated rate inclusive of all taxes and freights charges including home delivery for items should be submitted.  All such consolidated quotations should reach The Joint Commissioner (P&V), Customs House, Kandla on or before 19.12.2010 (before 5.00 P.M.).  It is required to clearly mention on envelop the number of the tender notice against which the quotation is submitted.  Quotation received after the due date will not be considered.

           The sealed tenders would be opened by the Joint Commissioner (P&V) on 20.12.2010 in his chamber at 11:30 A.M. interested parties may be present during the opening of tender.

On receipt of order, the work order should be executed in 5 working days time. In case of supply of substandard / defective items, those will have to be replaced immediately free of charge.  The Department reserves the right to accept or reject the quotation without assigning reasons here for.
