TENDER NOTICE FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF
 EX-CUS CD AND ELT

        Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the suppliers / vendors (authorized) for annual supply/Subscription of the under mentioned items as per specification mentioned against them.  Total consolidated rate inclusive of all taxes and warranty period for each items should be submitted.  All such consolidated quotations should reach the Joint Commissioner (P&V), Customs House, Kandla on or before 28.12.2011 (before 5.00 P.M.). Quotation received after the due date will not be considered.

        On receipt of order, the work order should be executed in 5 working days time. In case of supply of substandard/defective items, those will have to be replaced immediately free of charge.  The Department reserves the right to accept or reject the quotation without assigning reasons here for.
