Notice Inviting Tender / Quotations

For Purchase of New / Latest Model of RO System.

Sealed Quotations are invited for and on behalf of the deputy commissioner of customs, Bhuj (Kutch) from registered /established traders/persons for purchase of new/ latest model of R.O System for customs divisional office, Bhuj and shore guard Mundra, Mandvi & Naliya offices.

The purchase of R.O System includes all parts of the components/ fitting charges/misc charges for bringing/ fitting the same in these offices. Further, in addition to guarantee / warranty provided by manufacturer, the same includes service / repair / maintenance / change of parts and components of R.O system. Interested persons / parties may send the seal quotations to the deputy commissioner of customs, Bhuj by name on the address as given above through regd post A.D by 10/02/2011.

The sealed bids will be opened on 11/02/2011 at customs divisional office, Bhuj all the traders are requested to be present at the time of opening of tender/quotations.
Issuer reserves the right to reject all or any tender without assigning any reasons thereof.
