Attention of the Trade Associations / Chamber of Commerce / Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association is invited to Finance Bill 2006 introduced by the Hon’ble Finance Minister in the Lok Sabha on 28.02.2006.

The Copies of Notification No.9/2006-Customs to 20/2006-Customs, Notification No.3/2006-CE to 22/2006-CE, Notification No.2/2006-CE(NT) to 3/2006-CE(NT) and Notification No.1/2006-Service Tax to 7/2006-Service Tax all dated 01.03.2006 are enclosed herewith for information, guidance and necessary action.

All the Trade Associations / Chamber of Commerce / Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/constituents.
