Subject – Export / Import of Precursor Chemicals, Requirement of NOC from the office of the Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior – reg.
It has been reported by the Narcotics Commissioner of India, Central Bureau of Narcotics, Gwalior (CBN) that Central Bureau of Narcotics(CBN) issues NOC only in respect of selected precursors as indicated here under:

1. Acetic Anhydride(AA) |
NOC is issued for export and import both. |

2. Ephedrine and its salts (EP) |
|
|
3. Pseudoephedrine & its salts (PEP) |
|
1. Anthranilic Acid (ANA) |
NOC is issued for exports only. |
|
2. Phenyl Acetone (1-Phenyl-2-Propanone) |
|
|
3. 3,4 Methylenedioxypheyl-2-Propanone (3,4 MDP2-P) |
|
|
4. Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) |
|
|
5. Potassium Permanganate (PP) |
|
1. Heliotropin (Piperonal) |
NOC is issued for imports only. |

2. Ergometrine Maleate (EM) |
|
|
3. Ergotamine Tartrate(ETT) |
|
|
4. methyl Ergometrine Maleate (MEM) |
All the trade associations/chamber of commerce/members of Regional Advisory Committees and Customs House Agents’ Association are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members / constituents.
