              A copy of CBEC Circular No. 07/2006-Cus Dt:13.01.2006 issued by CBEC from F.No.305/69/2005-FTT-IV, on the above subject is enclosed herewith for information, guidance and necessary action.

              The Circular is self-explanatory and any difficulty faced in implementation of the same may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately.
