Sub. :   Drawback Schedule, 2007-08- increase in drawback rates with retrospective effect from 01.04.2007- exemption from filing supplementary claims- reg.                               

 

Attention of all Custom House Agents, Importers, Exporters, Shipping Agents, Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Members of the Trade is invited to the CBEC Circular No. 39/2007-Cus. dated 09.10.2007 issued from F No 609/114/2007-DBK on the above subject. A copy of the same   is   enclosed herewith for information, guidance and necessary action.

 

              The Circular is self-explanatory and any difficulty faced in implementation of the same may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately.

 

              All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce/Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/constituents.
