   Attention of all concerned officers is invited to the CBEC Circular No. 18/2008 dated 10/11/2008 issued by the Commissioner (Customs & EP), CBEC, New Delhi on the subject matter. A copy of the said circular is enclosed herewith for information, guidance and strict compliance.

 

 2.        Any difficulties faced in implementation of the above Circular may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately.

 

3.         All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce/Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/constituents.
