Sub: Issue of installation certificate for the capital goods imported/ procured locally under EPCG scheme- procedure- Reg..

           

            Attention of all concerned officers is invited to the Board’s Circular No. 14/ 2008 – Cus. dated 26.09.2008 issued from F. No. 602/01/2008 – DBK by OSD (DBK), New Delhi, regarding issue of installation certificate for the capital goods imported/ procured locally under EPCG scheme.

 

2.         A copy of the above Circular is enclosed herewith for information, guidance and necessary action. Any difficulties faced in implementation of the above Circular may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately.

 

3.         All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce/Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/constituents.
