A copy of CBEC Circular No. 03/2008-Customs dtd 24.01.2008 issued by CBEC from F.No.605/100/2007-DBK on the above subject is enclosed herewith for information, guidance and necessary action.

The Circular is self-explanatory and any difficulty faced in implementation of the same may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately.
