Sub: Misuse of Target Plus Scheme (TPS) –Scope and Coverage of goods to be imported under TPS.

A copy of CBEC Circular No. 45/2007-Customs dtd 19.12.2007 issued from F.No.605/81/2007-DBK on the above subject is enclosed herewith for information, guidance and necessary action.

The Circular is self-explanatory and any difficulty faced in implementation of the same may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately.

All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce/Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/constituents.
