Sub: Grant of Exemption from furnishing Bank Guarantee by Central/State Govt. undertaking for inter-city transfer of goods from one bonded warehouse to another –regarding.

A copy of CBEC Circular No. 42/2007-Customs dtd 30.11.2007 issued from F.No.473/01/2006-LC on the above subject is enclosed herewith for information, guidance and necessary action.

The Circular is self-explanatory and any difficulty faced in implementation of the same may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately.
