Subject: Implementation of "Self Assessment" in Customs - Facility of "Help Desk" reg.

Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 22/2011 dated 16.08.2011 issued by this Commissionerate on the above subject.

In this regard, it is informed that the facility of "help desk" has been made available at Kandla. Mundra and Bhuj. Any Importer/Exporter/ Custom House Agent or member of trade who desires any help regarding implementation of "Self Assessment" in Customs can contact Shri Mahesh Kumar. Deputy Commissioner (AG). Shri Uma Shanker. Deputy Commissioner and Shri Sanket Kale. Assistant Commissioner for Kandla. Mundra and Bhuj respectively.

Difficulties, if any, faced in this regard may be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
