Sub:    Addendum to Standing Order No.12/2009 dt.27.03.2009

      In respect of implementation of Risk Management System (RMS)
For Remaining Export Promotion Scheme –reg.

Attention of all the concerned is invited to the said Standing order and the subsequent addendums to the said standing order dated 27.03.2009 and 01.04.2009, on the above mentioned subject.

2. The following two new schemes which are introduced under new Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14 are hereby added after the Sr.No. (xv) of the first (introductory) paragraph of the said standing order;

(xvi)    Agri Infrastructure incentive scrip.
(xvii)   Status Holder Incentive scrip
(xviii)  Zero duty Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme.

3. The procedure set out in the said Standing Order for the clearance of goods shall, mutatis mutandis, also apply to the clearance of goods under aforesaid new schemes.
