  Attention of Importers, Exporters, Custom House Agents, Steamer Agents and all other concerned is invited to this Custom House Public Notice No.12/1996 dated 29.02.1996, No. 31/1997 dated 29.10.1997, No. 24/2003 dated 04.12.2003, No. 26/2003 dated 10.12.2003 and 31/2004 dated 21.12.2004 laying down the procedures of clearing of Import/Export goods through CFS, Gandhidham.

                   On the basis of the representation from Central Warehousing Corporation, the following modification is made.

                   CWC-CFS, Gandhidham will henceforth, handle containerized cargo to be Exported through Mundra International Container Terminal (MICT), Mundra as the Gateway/Exit port in addition to those Exported through Kandla Port.

 However, the procedures for Import/Export prescribed vide Public Notice Nos. 12/1996 dated 29.02.1996, 31/1997 dated 29.10.1997 and 24/2003 dated 04.12.2003 will remain same.

                   All the Trade Association/Chamber of commerce and Members of Regional Advisory Committee and Customs House Agents Associations are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their Members/Constituents.
