               Subject:-Right to information Act, 2005.

               Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Custom House Agents, Shipping Agents, Member of the Trade and all concerned are invited to Public Notice No.26/2006 dtd.29.03.2006 wherein a copy of Customs Notification No.37/2006(NT) dtd.27.03.2006 was circulated.

               Consequent upon the issuance of Notification No.37/2006-Customs (NT) dtd.27.03.2006, Gujarat Adani Port Limited, Mundra is placed under the administrative control of Commissioner of Customs, Kandla and hence the following officers are now designated as CPIO/CAPIO to provide information in respect of Gujarat Adani Port Limited, Mundra in accordance with the provisions of Section 4(1)(b) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
