PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 33/2006

Sub:      Daily list of Import / Exports pertaining to Kandla Custom House for 2006-2007 - reg.

              Attention of the Trade Association / Chambers of Commerce /Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association is invited to Public Notice No. 10/2006, 11/2006 both dated 08.02.2006 and 13/2006 dated 10.02.2006 regarding daily list of import/ Export for 2005 –2006.

2.   Attention of the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce/Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association is also invited to following rates for subscribing to the daily list of Import and Export pertaining to Kandla Custom House for the year 2006-2007.

3.       The subscriptions should be paid by means of demand draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of the Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kandla . No cheque Payment will be accepted.

4.       The subscription for the full year will be applicable for the period 01.04.2006 to 31.03.2007. Subscription for half year will be applicable for the period 01.04.2006 to 30.09.2006 or 01.10.2006 to 31.03.2007 as the case may be.

5.       The Daily List of data for outstation subscribers shall be sent by registered post. Subscription amount once paid will not be refunded any circumstances. The subscribers are requested to indicate the manner of use of the data i.e. whether it is for their personal use or sale / publication or web-site.

6.       The following details will be made available in the Daily List Data: -

(a)         Import Data – B/E Date, ITC (HS) Code, Description of the item, Quantity, Assessable Value, Country of Origin, Name of steamers. 

(b)         Export Data – S/B Date, ITC (HS) Code, Description of the item, Quantity, FOB Value, Port of Destination, Name of steamers. 

7.       The provisions in the notification for issue of Daily Lists is under review by Central Board of Excise and Customs. The Daily List data, as hitherto provided may therefore undergo changes, during 2006-2007.

8.       All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce/Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/constituents.
