Sub: - Working of Custom House, GAPL, Mundra on Saturdays (except second Saturday) & closed holidays.

As a trade facilitation measure, the following arrangement is made at Custom House, GAPL, Mundra for examination of goods on Saturdays (except second Saturdays and closed holidays):

(i) Export examination shall be carried out on all Saturdays (except second Saturdays & Closed holidays) during 10.00 am to 05.00 pm.

(ii) Import examination shall be carried out on all Saturdays (except second Saturdays & Closed holidays) during 10.00 am to 05.00 pm.

(iii) In case of second Saturdays and Closed holidays, only export examination shall be carried out on payment of prescribed overtime charges by custodians. To avail of this facility, the custodians shall be required to make applications in advance.
