Sub: All Industry Rates of Duty Drawback, 2008 – 09 – Reg..

            Attention of all concerned officers is invited to the Board’s Circular No. 13/ 2008 – Cus. dated 29.08.2008 issued from F. No. 609/40/2008 – DBK by the Joint Secretary to Govt. of India, New Delhi, wherein the Ministry has announced the revised All Industry Rates of Duty Drawback vide Notification no. 103/ 2008 – Cus(NT) dated 29.08.2008. The rates of drawback have been made effective from 01.09.2008.

2.         A copy of the above Circular is enclosed herewith for information, guidance and necessary action. Any difficulties faced in implementation of the above Circular may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately.

3.         All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce/Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/constituents. The above PN is displayed on the Customs, Kandla’s website www.Kandlacustoms.org.
