A copy of letter No. 01/89/180/Misc.39/AM’05/PC-I(A)/762 dated 23.07.2008 alongwith its enclosures received from Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, New Delhi on the above subject is enclosed herewith for information, guidance and necessary action.

The Circular is self-explanatory and any difficulty faced in implementation of the same may be brought to the notice of the undersigned immediately.

All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce/Members of Regional Advisory Committees and Custom House Agents’ Association are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice among their members/constituents.
