Subject:-Right to information Act, 2005.

Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Custom House Agents, Shipping Agents, Member of the Trade and all concerned are invited to the Customs Notification No.-87/2006-Cus (NT), dated 11.08.2006.

Consequent upon the issuance of Notification No.87/2006-Customs (NT), dated 11.08.2006, the whole of the District of Kachchh in the State of Gujarat, is placed under the administrative control of Commissioner of Customs, Kandla. Hence in pursuance of the CBEC letter F. No.-296/16/2005-CX.9, dated 22.06.2005, received through Chief Commissioner Office, Gujarat Zone, Ahmedabad, under F. No.-II/39-10/Estt/2005-CCO, dated 28.06.2005, and in partial modification of this office Public Notice No.-65/2006, dated 06.10.2006, the following officers are now designated as CPIO / CAPIO to provide information in respect of Custom Division, Bhuj, in accordance with the provisions of Section 4(1)(b) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
